You authorise us to engage these sub-processors subject to a written contract imposing data-protection obligations no less protective than these Terms.
Our handling of personal data is further described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party shall be liable to the other for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence and for fraud.
Either party may terminate this agreement on reasonable notice. On termination:
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or via the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
