7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiteFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with reasonable notice. Upon termination:

• You may export your data within 30 days
• We will retain your data for 90 days before deletion
• Outstanding fees remain payable

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or through the platform. Your continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
