For schools & nurseries

Take this to the school. It's yours whether you use us or not.

Written for business managers and nursery leads, not photographers. It answers the questions a school asks before it says yes to a photography day — so you don’t have to write that email again. Use it, rebrand it, ignore us entirely.

01

It costs the school nothing

No fee, no subscription, no equipment. Parents buy directly from the photographer if they want to; nobody is obliged to.

02

Children's photos stay private

Each family sees only their own child. Access is by the code on a card that goes home in the bag — not a public gallery, and not a list anyone can browse.

03

No forms to collect

No envelopes, no cash, no order slips coming back through the office. Parents order online in their own time.

On the day

What the school actually has to do

  • Give the photographer a class list, or let them work from your MIS export
  • Provide a room and a running order for the morning
  • Send the printed cards home in book bags afterwards
  • That's it. No collecting money, no chasing orders, no re-sits to organise by hand
A printed QR access card: the child's code and a QR that opens their gallery

Data protection

The answers your DPO will ask for

Short version here; the detail is on the security page.

Can anyone else see a child's photos?

No. Photos resolve only to the code printed on that child's card. Whole-class pictures come through each child's own code, so a family sees the class photo alongside their own child's.

Are images protected before sale?

Yes — every image is watermarked automatically before any parent can view it.

What happens to the data afterwards?

Galleries close on a set date and archive automatically. Removed users are deleted after a grace period.
